Jade's Expert Repair Services

Jade provides warranty and out-of-warranty repair on all equipment except monitors and inkjet printers. In addition to our standard depo and carry-in options, Jade provides an MSA to supply you with 24/7 technician availability coupled with reduced pricing.

Jade's standard bench charges are $75.00 per hour, with one hour minimum for depo repair by a service technician. Senior service technicians and our service manager are available at slightly higher rates for more complicated repairs.

On-site repair by a service technician is also available. Rate are $95.00 per hour, with one hour minimum required. Senior service technicians and our service manager are available at slightly higher rates for more complicated repairs.

These rates are standard for both hardware and basic software assistance. Note that assistance with networking or detailed operating system/application assistance is handled by our engineering team through our help desk services. Jade provides warranty repair on the following manufacturers:
